A word real quick: Stop you are no longer in that place.

Sometimes we leave a season , but although our bodies leave that season, our minds and emotions are still drained from a season.  I mean, are we not humans. I would ask for an amen on that one, but it's not a positive thing; it' just an unfortunate truth.  This unfortunate truth can be considered a treasure when we realized that it brought an opportunity for growth.  But regardless of what negative things were behind us, sometimes we just need that one quick word, that one practical love tap of truth. Now I'll ask for a quick amen on that last one (lol)  All we need is that quick statement of logic, "Stop now, say no more. You are no longer in that place."  I had had a rough two years; although copacetic in nature, I'm always on the verge of this exciting new thing.  But then it happenned, there I was in a negative place, and I started being annoyed and then angered about things that were far from great.  Infact, they were utterly unjust.  On the exterior I looked errily calm and would often get," wow you are such a a calm person," nothing bothers you, But bright smiles don't always tell the whole story and bright smiles don't always count for bright hearts.  I did my duty well and had integrity for what I produced, but was raging inside.  The more I was consumed with the negativity of the environment, the more my smile would fade within and the more this light went away, so did my excitement for all things personal.  Infact, I forgot that I had dreams of my own and excitementment of my own becuase I was overconsumed with my reaction of being "in that negative place."  So now, the big day came when I left, and I was so elated to share with my mentor.  However, in the same sentence of sharing my joy, I went into utterly venting about  all the negativity that I had just left!  Talk about the wisdom of the ages, she stopped me right in my tracks, "Stop, don't talk about then, you are no longer there."   That statement caught me off gaurd. Where one might have expected another to hear them out, she gently knocked me back to my senses, into my right mind, and into the right season. Just simple and logical words made me jump out of my old condition that was ever present in my head, heart, and emotions.  But the profound logic of her words literally openned the doors for me to fully live in the present.  It was a wake up call to my new beginning. Yes. I literally stopped and realized that I was in a new place, with new joys to uncover and new things to discover.  I was no longer in that place. Your healing might come in a sentence.  Your healing might need a great prayer session with the Father, your healing might be assisted through speaking to close friends, your healing might be assited through a psychologist, your healing might be assisted with lone time by thine self, but you must realize that your healing has come, even if it works out in a process. You will be healed and you are healed when it truly resonates in your soul that you are no longer in that place.
