Mardea is a recent graduate who studied chemistry, anthropology, and biology earning her a triple degree, a Bachelors of Science in a short amount of time for such an intense course load.  Previously, she earned a Bachelors of Arts in Computer Art at the School of Visual Arts.  Having a keen interest in investigating and researching, Mardea began her journey by actually obtaining a certificate in private investigations, from there she would pursue research mainly pertaining to ethnography and then genetics in several areas of interest before taking the institutional route.  She is looking forward to utilizing all her tools in art, history, social science and biology (specifically genetics) through the lenses of Anthropology to present her findings or in layman's term, to tell the necessary stories.  She is focused on sharing the beauty of the Mother Land with primarily Africa's children, the Africana diaspora, and then the world.  Join her on this exciting journey by viewing her previous or current studies and contacting her if such opportunities or professional and purposeful associations might arise.
